When placing an order with Bling & Beautiful you agree to the following terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Although we have made every effort to ensure our items are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible, the images and actual colours may vary slightly depending on what monitor they are viewed on this, so we cannot guarantee your monitors's colour will accurately display the items colour you have purchased. Although we always try to ensure that the information given on the website it up to date and accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies. Our jewellery is imitation jewellery unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of our jewellery it will go off colour over time. We shall not be liable for any jewellery that has discoloured.
The desciption of the goods will be detailed within a confirmation e-mail and it is the buyers responsibility to check the good specified are as the buyer inteded to order. All sizes given are approximations only.
Payment/Delivery
Full payment is required at time of purchase. All prices are in U.K. pounds and are inclusive of VAT. We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours from date of purchase, however please take in to account if you order at the weekend it will be posted on Monday,
Our postage and packing charges are as follows,
- £3.95 flat rate for all items, no matter how many items you order
- Delivery is FREE for all orders over £35.00.
- All items are sent 1st class recorded delivery and will require some-one to be in to sign for it.
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and I will provide you with a returns number and the details of where the goods are to be returned to. We will be happy to exchange them or offer a full refund providing:

The items that have been returned have not been worn and are not damaged

Items are returned with all the original packaging and tags

Proof of purchase and original documents are returned with the items

Returns are made within 7 days of receipt of your order
Any refunds will be made via the payment method used when the order was placed.
Please Note: In the interests of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not refund postage costs. We will require you to pay for the return postage to us. We recommend that all return are send via a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery ie/ Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as you will be responsible for the items until they reach us. Using this method also provides a small amount of insurance should they be lost or damaged.
All our products are thouroughly check prior to despatch, but in the unlikely event that your items are faulty please contact us at mail@bling-beautiful.co.uk and return the items to us within 7 days of receipt.
Where items are reported as faulty after delivery, we reserve the right to inspect the items and if found to be faulty, we will despatch a replacement or offer a full refund. If the items are found to be faulty due to wear & tear, negligence or wilful damage, we retain the right not to replace or refund the cost of the items.
Privacy Policy
Bling & Beautiful is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect information from you when you purchase goods enabling us to process your order ie/ name, address and e-mail address. To ensure that your shopping experience with us is secure your credit/debit details will be encrypted by our secure paypal server. At no time do we see any of your card details or will your information be shared with any third parties.
